Hello everyone!
Robert and I are settling into our life here in Leuven, and now that we've been here almost two months, we thought we ought to share some photographic evidence that we are, indeed, in Belgium and that we're alive and well.
First, here are a few shots from our journey from the USA to Belgium --

| Pittsburgh is Mister Roger's Neighborhood |
We flew from Pittsburgh to Chicago to Washington, D.C. and then on to Brussels. Once at the Brussels Airport, we took a train to Leuven.

| Here we are, both on the phone saying some last goodbyes before taking off for Brusseles! |
Luckily we didn't have to wait long to catch a train to Leuven from the Brussels Airport, and the train station (which is within the airport) was pretty self-explanatory. It was a good thing since we were fairly sleep-deprived / jet-lagged / generally overwhelmed.

We did manage to cram all our bags into the area around the bathroom between cars on the train. At least it was only a short 20 minute ride from the airport to Leuven, where our dear friend Lance met us, and together we made our way out of the train station to the bus station (right next door) to catch a bus to our guesthouse. Lugging our bags was easier with three people. :)

So, there's the proof that we made it to Belgium...and even to Leuven. Stay tuned for more updates coming soon!
Bravo voor de blog!
